Optical Cable Corp. (NASDAQ: OCC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.015 per share, or $0.06 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 27, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 25, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
