Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE: OHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share, or $1.68 annualized. This is a 2.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.41.
The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 26, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 7.9 percent.
