Old Republic (NYSE: ORI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.185 per share, or $0.74 annualized. This is a 1.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1825.

The dividend will be payable on March 16, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 6, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 4, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5 percent.
