OfficeMax, Inc. (NYSE: OMX) reinstated and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.02 per share, or $0.08 annualized. Previously the company suspended its dividend on December 18, 2008

The dividend will be payable on August 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 13, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
