Occidental Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: OXY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.54 per share, or $2.16 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on September 10, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 6, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.
