Northrim BanCorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: NRIM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 15.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.13.
The dividend will be payable on September 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on September 6, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 4, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
