North Central Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFFD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.0625 per share, or $0.25 annualized. This is a 525% increase from the prior dividend of $0.01.
The dividend will be payable on April 6, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 9, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 7, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
