Nordson Corp (NASDAQ: NDSN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.125.
The dividend will be payable on September 11, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 28, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 24, 2012.
