Noble Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NBL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 28.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.14.

The dividend will be payable on May 19, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 5, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 1, 2014.
