NiSource, Inc. (NYSE: NI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on February 20, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 4, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of January 31, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.6 percent.
