NiSource, Inc. (NYSE: NI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized. This is a 4.3% increase.
The dividend will be payable on August 20, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 31, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 27, 2012.
