Newcastle Investment Corp. (NYSE: NCT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on July 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 25, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 21, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 12.7 percent.
