Navios Maritime Partners (NYSE: NMM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on May 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 10, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 8, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 11.3 percent.
