Navios Maritime Partners (NYSE: NMM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.4425 per share, or $1.77 annualized. This is a 0.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.44.
The dividend will be payable on August 13, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 8, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 6, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 12.8 percent.
