Navios Maritime Holdings (NYSE: NM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.24 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on July 3, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 26, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 22, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 7.4 percent.
