National Research Corp (NASDAQ: NRCI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share, or $1.04 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 30, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
