National Presto Industries, Inc. (NYSE: NPK) declared an annual dividend of $6.00 per share, or $6 annualized.
The dividend consists of a regular dividend of $1.00 per share, plus an extra of $5.00.
The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 2, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 29, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 5.9 percent.
