National Fuel Gas Co. (NYSE: NFG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.355 per share, or $1.42 annualized. This is a 2.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.345.
The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2011, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2011.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
