NV Energy (NYSE: NVE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, or $0.68 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 19, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 4, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of November 30, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
