NGP Capital Resources Company (NASDAQ: NGPC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on January 7, 2013, to stockholders of record on December 28, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 26, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 9.5 percent.
