NACCO Industries, Inc. (NYSE: NC) today announced that the Board of Directors declared a regular cash dividend of $0.5175 cents per share, or $2.07 annualized.
The dividend will be paid on December 15, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 27, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 3%.
NACCO Industries, Inc., through its subsidiaries, engages in lift trucks, housewares, and mining businesses in the Americas, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific.
