Monarch Financial Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: MNRK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.04.
The dividend will be payable on May 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 17, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 15, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.
