Mesa Laboratories, Inc. (NASDAQ: MLAB) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share of common stock, or $0.44 annualized.
The dividend will be payable December 15, 2009, to shareholders of record on November 30, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 26, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 1.8%.
Mesa Laboratories, Inc. designs, manufactures, and markets electronic instruments, supplies, and disposable products for industrial applications and healthcare.
