MeadWestvaco Corporation's (NYSE: MWV) Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.23 cents per common share, or $0.92 annualized.
The payment of the dividend will be made on December 1, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 27, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 25, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 3.4%.
