McGraw-Hill Cos. (NYSE: MHP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized. This is a 9.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.255.
The dividend will be payable on March 12, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 26, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 22, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.
