The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS) announced today declared a cash dividend of $1.30/share, which will be paid with cash on hand. Cash expected to be distributed is $580 million.
The special dividend will be paid on December 3, 2009 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 12, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 10, 2009.
