Marchex, Inc. Class B (NASDAQ: MCHX) declared a special dividend of $0.035 per share.
Marchex, Inc. today announced that upon the recommendation and approval of the independent Special Committee of the Board, the company's Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.035 per share on its common stock for the first, second, third and fourth quarters of 2013 and is accelerating its payment of these dividends into the fourth quarter of 2012
The dividend will be payable on December 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 18, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 14, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.8 percent.
