Magic Software Enterprises Ltd (NASDAQ: MGIC) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.24 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on March 14, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 25, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 21, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 5 percent.
