MVC Capital, Inc. (NYSE: MVC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.135 per share, or $0.54 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.12.
The dividend will be payable on October 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on October 25, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of October 23, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
