MV Oil Trust (NYSE: MVO) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.95 per share, or $3.8 annualized. Last quarter, the company paid a quarterly distribution of $1.02.
The dividend will be payable on July 25, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 16, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 12, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 10.3 percent.
