MTS Systems Corp (NASDAQ: MTSC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.
The dividend will be payable on October 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on September 10, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 6, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
Additionally, the Board of Directors has authorized the Company to purchase up to $40 million of its common stock in an accelerated share purchase program.
