MSC INDUSTRIAL DIRECT CO., INC. (NYSE: MSM) announced that its Board has declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per share, representing an increase of $0.02 per share in the regular quarterly dividend. The $0.20 dividend is payable on July 24, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 10, 2008.
