MHI Hospitality Corporation (NASDAQ: MDH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share, or $0.12 annualized. This is a 50% increase from the prior dividend of $0.02.
The dividend will be payable on October 11, 2012, to stockholders of record on September 14, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 12, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
