MFA Financial (NYSE: MFA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized. This is an 11.1% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.27.
The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 4, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 2, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 13 percent.
