MCG Capital Corporation (NASDAQ: MCGC) reported Q4 EPS of $0.17, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16.
MCG also announced today that its board of directors has declared a dividend of $0.15 per share, $0.60 annualized. The dividend is a 7.1% increase from the current rate of $0.14.
The dividend is payable April 15, 2011, to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2011. The ex-dividend date is March 11, 2011.
Yield on the dividend is 8.2%.
