M&T Bank Corporation (NYSE: MTB) announced that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.70 per common share, or $2.80 annualized.
The dividend will be payable December 31, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 27, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 4.4%.
