LinnCo (NASDAQ: LNCO) declared a monthly dividend of $0.2416 per share, or $2.8992 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 11, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 7, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 10 percent.
