Limited Brands, Inc. (NYSE: LTD) declared a special dividend of $1.00 per share.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2011, to stockholders of record on June 17, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of June 15, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.52 percent.

The company also declared its regular quarterly cash dividend of 20 cents per share, payable on June 17 to shareholders of record on June 7. The ex-dividend date is June 3.

The dividend is yielding 2.02%.
