Life Partners Holdings (NASDAQ: LPHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 4, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 31, 2012.
