Lear Corp. (NYSE: LEA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share, or $0.56 annualized. This is a 12% increase from the prior dividend of $0.125.
The dividend will be payable on March 21, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 2, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 29, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
