LSB Financial Corp (LSBI) Declares $0.09 Quarterly Dividend; Shareholders Approve Old National Merger (ONB)

LSB Financial Corp (NASDAQ: LSBI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 29, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 11, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.9 percent.

LSB Financial Corp., (NASDAQ: LSBI) also announced that at its special meeting of shareholders held today, the shareholders of the Company approved the Agreement and Plan of Merger between the Company and Old National Bancorp (NASDAQ: ONB) pursuant to which the Company will merge with and into Old National Bancorp. The merger is expected to close on November 1, 2014, subject to the satisfaction of the closing conditions contained in the merger agreement.
