LCA-Vision Inc. (Nasdaq: LCAV) announces the resignation of Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer Alan H. Buckey. Michael J. Celebrezze has been named interim Chief Financial Officer, effective at the close of business today. Since July 2007, Mr. Celebrezze has served on the Executive Management team as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer, having joined LCA-Vision in July 2006 as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer.[SM]
