L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) announced a quarterly dividend on the company's common stock at $0.35 per share, or $1.4 per share annualized.
The board declared the dividend payable on Dec. 15, 2009, to shareholders of record on November 17, 2009. The ex-dividend date is Nov. 13.
