Koss Corp (NASDAQ: KOSS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.24 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on July 16, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 27, 2012.
