Kohlberg Capital Corporation (NASDAQ: KCAP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized. This is a 33.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.
The dividend will be payable on July 27, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 6, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 3, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 15.3 percent.
