Knightsbridge Tankers Ltd (NASDAQ: VLCCF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.175 per share, or $0.7 annualized. This is a 50% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.35.
The dividend will be payable on September 12, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 28, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 8.3 percent.
