Kinder Morgan (NYSE: KMI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, or $1.4 annualized. This is a 9.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.32.
The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 31, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 27, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4 percent.
