Keynote Systems (NASDAQ: KEYN) approved the initiation of a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per common share, or $0.20 annualized.
The dividend is payable December 15, 2009 to common shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 27, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 1.9%.
