KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share, or $0.3 annualized. This is a 15.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.065.

The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 2, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 29, 2015.
