Kaiser Aluminum Corporation (NASDAQ: KALU) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 26, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 24, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
